History: A 7 year old intact male Llama had a 3 day history of lethargy, decreased water intake and oliguria. The Llama was febrile with increased lung sounds (R>L). A CBC showed leukocytosis and pre-renal azotemia. An ultrasound showed consolidated tissue in the right thorax.
